Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
Is there a cheaper shipping method for my order?
We solely use Express Post for shipping. It is only marginally dearer than regular shipping, but much quicker and more reliable, and also has a track and trace facility. We have never had an Express Post satchel not reach its destination.
When will my order be shipped (Delivery Timeframes)?
If goods are in stock, your order will generally be shipped the same day that you make your purchase, or the following day at the latest. In some cases, goods may be out of stock and will need to be ordered in from the Supplier Warehouse. In this scenario, you will be advised by email of an approximate delivery timeframe. In either scenario, once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation, and can expect delivery within 2 business days.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer all of the following as methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer), Cheque by post, Money Order by post and PayPal.
Do I pay GST on my order?
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.

What kind of warranty does my product come with?

Do you have stores at other locations around Australia?
We only have the one store, in Renmark South Australia (see fulll map on the Contact Us page. Why not come and visit us and see what a fantastic experince the Riverland has to offer!
