WHAT items CAN’T be returned?
When you purchase goods from our online store, it is assumed that in the end, you do actually want them. Accordingly, Yates Menswear does not offer a 'Change Of Mind' return policy on any items, unless you have prearranged this by phone or email with one of our staff.
WHAT items CAN be returned?
Yates Menswear offers two types of Return scenarios on all items. Please read below…
(1) INCORRECT SIZE RETURNS
You have received your goods, but you have ordered the incorrect size.
Yates Menswear are happy to facilitate an exchange for a smaller or larger size. In some cases, a 10% restocking fee may be applicable, please check with our staff first. All other terms and conditions are as outlined further below.
(2) FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
You have received your goods, but they are not as described on our website, they are not the size that you ordered, or they have clear manufacturing faults.
Yates Menswear will take steps to ensure that you receive a suitable non-faulty replacement in a timely manner, and at no additional cost to you.
WHEN do I need to return my items by?
All Incorrect Size returns must be received back to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. All Faulty Goods returns must be received back to us as soon as possible. Please advise us by email before sending your items.

You must enclose some form of evidence of your purchase from us.
HOW do I return my items?
All returns must be sent by Australia Post. Express Postage satchels are preferable, as they offer a track and trace feature. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any returned goods do actually arrive back into our store.
SHIPPING for returns
For Incorrect Size returns, any extra shipping will be paid for by the customer.
For Faulty Goods returns, shipping will be paid for by Yates Menswear. Once approved, any extra shipping that was incurred by the customer will be refundable.
All Incorrect Size returns must be returned in the original condition that they were shipped, with all packaging, tickets and tags still present. Failure to do this will result in a credit being refused. All Faulty Good returns should be returned with as much of the original packaging as possible.
CREDIT for returns
Any applicable credits to the customer for an approved return will be done by either a Direct Deposit refund or Credit Card refund.
In-store return option
Customers are welcome to bring any returns back in person to our physical address of 127 Murray Avenue Renmark SA 5341. All of the terms and conditions mentioned on this page still apply.
